Julie O’Reilly

Julie is a native Virginian and graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business Management. She and her husband relocated here to the Mount Pleasant area to live in Park West several years ago to seek a better quality of life for themselves and children. She has two children in college and a five-year old at home (it keeps you young!).

Julie has been involved in real estate all of her adult life and has over 20 years experience. Prior to real estate sales, she worked as a loan officer for several years, including an upper management position, with Chevy Chase Bank. Since moving into the real estate sales arena in the early 1990s, she has been involved with:

  • One of the first and few agents in the entire Charleston area to be certified in loss migitation
  • Salesperson of the year in the ENTIRE DC metro area in 2004
  • Developer sales
  • Land sales
  • Condominiums and townhomes
  • Single family-production homes
  • Custom builds
  • Limited commercial

Julie has sold over $100 million in residential sales and looks forward to many more years in the business. Julie is one of the few agents in the Charleston area who is certified in loss mitigation. Don Davidson

Don Davidson has been in residential real estate sales for over 25 years and is a member of The National Association of Realtors. He furthered his education in 1991 by obtaining his Broker’s license to serve his clients best.

His career spans many different areas of real estate. He served as the Sales Manager and Broker-in-Charge for John Wieland Homes for ten years. He also worked as a sales executive for Daniel Island Real Estate and in Hamlin Plantation – two very successful East Cooper communities. His extensive knowledge of these communities will be of immense help to any client.

His expertise shows with his awards including, but not limited to, Life Member of The Million Dollar Club, and PRISM Salesperson of The Year in 1992 by the Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association Sales and Marketing Council. Don is also designated as a Certified Residential Specialist and a graduate of The Realtors Institute.

He is married to a Cardio Thoracic Nurse who works at Roper Hospital. They have three children. One holds a masters degree from MUSC and works at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Augusta Georgia, one is a graduate of College of Charleston and is currently in nursing school and their youngest is currently a student at The University of South Carolina.

Ron Blair

The best compliment a sales executive can receive is a referral. Ron Blair has been working with buyers and sellers since 1996 and he is tireless in his efforts to help buyers find what they are looking for. Ron also works diligently with sellers to get their home sold.

Doug Wells

Doug has specialized in real estate for over thirty years and is extremely knowledgeable and successful in development and commercial real estate.

Doug is originally from Columbia, South Carolina. His experience includes owning and running a multi-million dollar advertising agency in Columbia, specializing in Real Estate marketing and advertising as well as managing member of Anderson, Blankin, Wells and Associates, LLC, a local Real Estate Company, which was established to sell projects that Doug developed. He has also been in project management, project concept design, building and developing over the entire southeast.

Doug was the Managing Partner for Coastal Development Solutions, LLC, a full service development and project management company located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He was involved with the development of:

  • Westvaco Development – as a private consultant on the design team for Crowfield Plantation, a 2,500 acre mixed use golf course community, as well as other Westvaco Development projects.
  • Sea Pines in Hilton Head, South Carolina – working directly with Charles Frazier and as a consultant. Doug was directly involved with several single- family and multi-family projects, including Windmill Harbor and Palmetto Bay Villas and Marina.
  • Development of high rise condominiums in North Myrtle Beach, mixed-use custom golf course communities in North Carolina as well as communities throughout the southeast. Doug has been involved with the development of over 25 projects over the past 20 plus years, with total sales in excess of $1,000,000,000.

The most recent include, but are not limited to:

  • North Creek at RiverTowne Country Club
  • Grassy Creek in Mount Pleasant, a 134 lot waterfront custom home community
  • Branch Creek in Summerville, a 116 single family lot community with 128 town home pads
  • The Retreat at Beresford, an 83 lot community on Clements Ferry Road near Daniel Island

Doug also put together a network of companies and people to assist him and his clients in almost every field from development and construction to sales and marketing. He has a network of investors and clients who help to keep his ear to the ground, ultimately helping his clients save time and money.

Doug has been on the cutting edge of the industry and has been a champion of Low Impact Development and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Construction for several years and has been incorporating these ideas in all of his recent projects. Wanda Johnson

Wanda Johnson has an extensive business background in various sales and business acquisitions. She has sold real estate for almost a decade and it is her true selling passion. Wanda has owned a restaurant, worked for DEHEC, been involved with the furniture trade in Hickory, North Carolina, sold advertising space at the Post and Courier and much more.

Her real estate career began in new home construction where attention to detail and attention to her clients are second to none. She was worked for two national builders with much success. The transitional to general brokerage has been a natural one considering her experience and knowledge.

Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen is a natural born real estate agent. She has worked with a local new home construction company as well as one of the largest national builders. At both companies, she was highly successfully at making all parties involved happy throughout the entire process.

Sue Campbell

Sue Campbell is originally from North Carolina. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration and started her real estate career in 1983. Since that time, she has earned her Broker’s License in NC and SC as well as the Certified New Home Sales Designation. She is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Charleston Trident Association. She has a diverse background in the real estate field including General Brokerage, New Construction, Land Sales, Custom Builds, Commercial Leasing and Management, Resort Management, and owned a general contracting company. Sue was named “salesperson of the year” for Ryland Homes in 2005 with 22.2 million in sales. She was the Broker-in-Charge for the first Del Webb Active Adult community in Charleston and is extremely knowledgeable about the “55 and over” buyer. Sue listens to her clients needs and truly works in their best interest. She believes that superior customer service is mandatory for her clients. She has also moved 32 times so she understands the emotions attached to the moving process.
